We utilize hands-on knowledge and deep relationships with key Midwestern suppliers and producers to provide our customers with quality service and beef products.

We strive to give maximum attention to our producers, suppliers, plant partners, and customers alike to meet their needs. Products produced in clean and safe environments and derived from cattle that meet our high standards and are raised and treated with the humane respect they deserve.
