- 1 Best Beef Blade Chuck Roast (2–2½ pounds)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (14–15 oz) reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 cup Burgundy or dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 cups frozen vegetable blend
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
Pan to Plate:
