The Essentials
- 1 Best Beef Ribeye Steak (Bone-In or Boneless)
- 3/4 pound Brussels sprouts, quartered
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon adobo all-purpose seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded Manchego cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Pan to Plate Instructions
- Season Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine parsley, adobo seasoning, and pepper. Press evenly into the Best Beef Ribeye Steak.
- Heat a skillet and place the steak in the center. Arrange Brussels sprouts around the steak.
- Cook for approximately 14–16 minutes, turning and stirring occasionally.
- Remove steak from skillet and allow to rest.

- Add cheese and lemon juice to the skillet and coat evenly.
