The Essentials

  • 1 Best Beef Ribeye Steak (Bone-In or Boneless)
  • 3/4 pound Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon adobo all-purpose seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded Manchego cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Pan to Plate Instructions

  1. Season Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Combine parsley, adobo seasoning, and pepper. Press evenly into the Best Beef Ribeye Steak.
  3. Heat a skillet and place the steak in the center. Arrange Brussels sprouts around the steak.
  4. Cook for approximately 14–16 minutes, turning and stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove steak from skillet and allow to rest.
  6. Cover and cook Brussels sprouts for another 3–5 minutes to crisp.
  7. Add cheese and lemon juice to the skillet and coat evenly.
  8. Serve together and enjoy.
