The Essentials

  • 2 Best Beef Ribeye Steaks, Boneless
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 fresh pineapple slices, cut ½ inch thick
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, halved lengthwise
  • 1 medium lime
  • Salt

Pan to Plate Instructions

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of cilantro with cumin and ground red pepper.
  2. Press mixture onto Ribeye Steaks. Grill over medium heat for 9–14 minutes.
  3. Grill pineapple and bell peppers alongside until tender and lightly charred.
  4. Zest and juice the lime. Chop grilled pineapple and peppers; combine in a bowl.
  5. Toss the pineapple salad with the remaining cilantro, lime zest, and juice; season with salt.
