Beef Sirloin Kabobs Recipe

The Essentials

Kabobs

  • 1 Best Beef Sirloin Steak
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Dipping Sauce

  1. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  2. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  3. 2 jars roasted red peppers, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup dry white wine
  5. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  6. Thyme (dried or fresh)
  7. 1 cup unsalted beef broth
  8. 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Pan to Plate Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and 3 tsp garlic 2–3 minutes until tender.
  2. Stir in red peppers, wine, tomato paste, and thyme.
  3. Mix broth and cornstarch until smooth and add to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until thickened.
  5. Cube Best Beef’s Sirloin Steak. Toss with pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic.
  6. Add seasoned beef cubes to a skewer.
  7. Grill kabobs over medium heat.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce.
