- 1 Best Beef Flat Iron Steak (about 8 oz)
- 5 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread
- ¾ cup feta cheese crumbles
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
- ⅓ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
